The ProSafeBeef ICoMST Workshop
Denmark 16th-21st August 2009
The 55th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology this year took place in
Denmark,
Copenhagen, from 16-21st August. A ProSafeBeef satellite session was held at this congress, on ‘Advancing beef safety and quality through innovation’.
Delegates attending the session heard from key scientists working in each of the Pillars about work undertaken and results to date.
