The purpose of this section is mainly to ease internal communication between the consortium partners, share ideas and research that is not yet ready for publication and hence confidential. The second, and equally important part of this section, is to act as a central and key area by which all reporting templates, instructions and information can be hosted. Because of its nature, this area is restricted to access only by the consortium members, the Project Advisory Committee and the European Commission Scientific Officers.
This section will be divided as follows:
Pillar Section: each Pillar will have their own section
- Minutes and presentations from meetings
- Discussion of research
- Scientific reporting
Management section:
- Presentations: general project
- Instructions (reporting, management, communication)
- Updates
Reporting:
- Pillar reporting: from partners to pillar leader and then to Project Manager
- Finance: Budget V Actual, Form C's etc.
- Communication: between/across Pillars and between project partners working on similar research
