Research Technological Development and Innovation Activities
ProSafeBeef continually provides innovative research results that can be exploited by industrial development.
Demonstration activities in ProSafeBeef prove the viability of new technologies that offer potential new economic advantage or gain in competitiveness.
ITD Pillar 6 Demonstration, Training, Technology Transfer and Dissemination is led by ADIV - a French SME whose core business is to ensure exploitation of new technologies to produce innovative products and processes for the meat industry – Eric Lemoine, Pillar Leader.
These demonstrations are an essential part of the overall objective of the project, to set-up a structured and sustainable demonstration, technology transfer, training and dissemination network dedicated to the beef chain.
The following demonstrations have taken place to date:
