Development of multi residue method for the determination of anthelmintic residues in beef.

Anthelmintics drugs are used for controlling the following worms in different animal species: Nematodes ( roundworms ) , Cestodes (tapeworms ) , Trematodes (Flukes). The main classes of anti-parasite drugs used for the treatment are Anthelmintics,Benzimidazoles, Avermectins Flukicides. Methods exist to determine if there is any risk to humans consuming beef if positives are found. The goal is to verify that Beef consumed by Europeans is free of residues.
